Employee Screening/Employment Process

In order to engage competent and trustworthy caregivers, Victory Home Care employees are hired according to the highest standard in the Home Health Care Industry and undergo a very comprehensive and extensive screening process during the hiring process which includes:

  • All of our employees are licensed and certified
  • Experienced: at least one year
  • Face to Face interview
  • Conduct criminal background check
  • Verify past employment History
  • Certified- Verify licenses and certifications
  • CPR First Aide certified
  • Health Screened – free from communicable diseases
  • Competency evaluation by Registered Nurse
